HOW WE WORK

From the first conversation
to ongoing support.

You are involved throughout: identifying the problem, reviewing the prototype and testing how the system works in practice.

01

Consultation & review

We discuss your daily tasks and existing systems with you to understand where software can make your work easier to manage.

Daily work and existing tools
02

Prototype & proposal

We agree the prototype’s scope and any fees, then present an interface preview or limited working version. Your feedback shapes the development proposal.

Format and costs agreed first
03

Build, test & refine

We develop the agreed system and test it with you. Your staff then trial it in their daily work, providing feedback that guides refinements.

Client and staff testing
04

Handover & maintenance

We complete the handover, review how the system supports your operations and provide ongoing support through an agreed monthly maintenance arrangement.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Starting a project
with NM Systems.

What to expect from consultation, prototypes, project costs and ongoing support.

Discuss your project
Do I need to know exactly what system I want?

No. We begin with a consultation about your daily tasks, existing tools and the difficulties you want to address. Together, we consider where software could improve the way work is managed. If you already have requirements, we use them as a starting point.

Can you build around the tools we already use?

We review your existing systems before proposing changes. Where those tools support suitable integrations, we can connect parts of the workflow. Compatibility, access and provider costs are assessed before a connection is included in the project.

What does the prototype stage include?

Depending on the project, the prototype may be an interface preview showing layouts and workflows, or a limited working version of selected features. We agree its format, deliverables and any fees before prototyping begins. Your feedback then helps shape the proposal for the full system.

How are projects and monthly maintenance priced?

We provide a proposal based on the agreed features, integrations and delivery requirements. Development, hosting, external service costs and monthly maintenance are explained before work proceeds. The maintenance arrangement sets out the support included; additional features are scoped separately.

How could AI help me understand my business?

Where suitable data is available, AI can help analyse recurring issues, summarise activity and highlight patterns in costs or performance for management review. We agree which questions the reports should address and how the results will be checked.

What happens during testing and after handover?

We test with you, then hand the system over for your staff to trial in their daily work. We review feedback on how operations are going and refine the agreed solution. Ongoing support is provided through a monthly maintenance arrangement, with its scope agreed for your project.

PROJECT ENQUIRIES

Discuss your
business needs.

Tell us which systems you use, what a typical day involves and where tasks or communication become difficult to manage. The first step is a consultation to understand the problem and consider a suitable solution.

Consultation, a scoped prototype and a clear development proposal.

A short verification may be required before your enquiry is sent. Scope, deliverables and costs are agreed before each project stage begins.
