How project enquiry information is used.

When you send a project enquiry, NM Systems saves your name, email address, business name, selected industry and service, and the description you provide. It also records when you agreed to being contacted and an enquiry reference.

How these details are used

The information is used to understand your request and contact you about the potential project. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to a newsletter or ongoing marketing.

Enquiry email delivery

We use FormSubmit to route project enquiries to contact@nmsystemsai.com. The submitted details are processed by this service for delivery and recovery. After your enquiry is saved, you may be taken to a verification step before returning to the website. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. A copy is also saved by NM Systems so an email delivery problem does not erase your enquiry.

What to include

A brief description of your business problem is enough. Please leave out passwords, confidential client records, patient information and payment details.

Access and requests

There is no public directory of enquiries. To request a correction or deletion, email contact@nmsystemsai.com or use the enquiry form, and include your reference. We may need to verify that the request relates to your enquiry.

Illustrative demonstrations

The property and healthcare administration demonstrations use fictional sample data. Actions inside them are local simulations and do not contact contractors or patients.
